Update #3 RIZ Unpaused The necessary fix for RIZ markets on BNB and ARB, which had previously been calling the compromised contracts, has been reviewed by BlockSec and is now in the process of being implemented. Due to the new multi-sig configuration and added security measures, pushing new upgrades and features requires additional steps compared to before, though this extra layer of security is a worthwhile improvement. The timelock for this fix is already underway, and after the 72-hour period, the upgrade will be executed to bring RIZ back online. This is expected to take place later this week. 24-Hour Grace Period Once the fix is live and RIZ markets on BNB and ARB are unpaused, a 24-hour grace period will begin, allowing users at risk of liquidation to adjust their positions. It’s crucial for users to monitor announcements closely, as those who do not act within this period might face liquidation once it ends. During the grace period, the liquidation threshold for unpaused RIZ markets will be temporarily set at 95%, providing an opportunity for users with a health factor near 1 to either repay or add collateral. After 24 hours, the liquidation threshold will revert to its default pre-unpause value, and users who have not taken action may face liquidation. RDNT Emissions on Base There were issues last week that delayed the creation of Merkle campaigns on Base. These campaigns will be created shortly, and users will receive the RDNT emissions they missed over the past few weeks. The new campaigns will be structured to add these missed emissions to the latest incentives, although this will be done gradually to prevent APR spikes. Full catch-up will be achieved across subsequent Merkle campaigns. dLP and Vesting RDNT While the RIZ markets will be back online soon, dLP and vesting RDNT functions will require an additional update. The Chef contract still references the inactive LendingPool, creating a dependency that needs adjustment to restore functionality for dLP and RDNT rewards. The required fix for the Chef contract is currently being developed and tested to address this dependency. As per user requests and to ensure fairness to all dLP users, the fix will be implemented simultaneously on both chains. Updates on progress will be shared, with dLP management and RDNT rewards resuming as soon as this solution is in place. Revenue Management The Revenue Management feature on Base experienced an outage over the past few days, but it should now be functioning correctly. This means that collected fees will be swapped into the selected assets (USDC and ETH for Base), and rewards should start appearing in the coming days, along with adjustments to dLP lock APR.
